If you need an interpreter please call the Translating and Interpreting Service on 13 14 50 and have them
contact the department on 13 QGOV (13 74 68).
Please have your credit / debit card, registration number details, a pen and paper available to decrease your call time.

departmental policy.
The QPWS refund policy allows cancellations of
bookings to be refunded up to two days prior to your event start date. QPWS will not offer alternative camping options, or a refund unless extenuating
circumstances apply as detailed within the policy.
